Born a girl, without means, and disabled by polio, Kali had 3 strikes against her before she was 12.  She found HOPE at the Barli Institute becoming trained in literacy, vocational skills, and community development. Now she has a business, sends her brothers' children to school,  built a home, and now teaches other girls  to lead a life of their choosing.
