Cynthia Barnes-Slater is a dedicated humanitarian and advocate for social justice, currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Wayfarer Foundation. With over 35 years of experience in human resources across both public and private sectors, Cynthia has consistently championed racial justice and the oneness of humankind. Her extensive humanitarian service is reflected in her active involvement with the Baha’i Faith for nearly fifty years, during which she has written numerous essays on faith and race for Baha’iTeachings.org. A graduate of Cornell University and South Bank University in London, Cynthia’s commitment to promoting equality and social impact has been widely recognized.
